VP Hall of Fame Award 2007  Using a Design/Build contract, a 7,800 square foot, high bay addition was constructed in the courtyard of a 1950’s vintage single story classroom building.  The addition provided space for a teacher’s lounge, storage, ADA compliant restrooms, and a multi-purpose room that could be divided by moveable partitions into as many as four classroom spaces.  The project also included new office space in a 1,000 square foot, conventionally framed addition on the west end along with framing over the existing flat roof to provide a sloped, standing seam metal roof.
