As is with many of GarVin Construction’s projects, this building is a combination of a pre-engineered metal building with a conventionally framed front area. GarVin acted as a subcontractor to Hart Construction to provide and erect the pre-engineered portion which provides a 118’-0” by 80’-0” high bay area that is used for both storage and installation of glass products. One side of the pre-engineered building mated to the conventionally framed two story office area, two sides received steel stud framing with stucco, and the fourth side was covered with Panel Rib wall panels. The roof was an SSR standing seam metal roof.
